Cabana Server – Pool (Park MGM)

This is a Full-time position in Las Vegas, NV posted July 25, 2021.

**Location:**Las Vegas, Nevada**PRIMARY PURPOSE:**The primary responsibility of the Cabana Server is to take and deliver customer orders, maintain cabanas, ensure guest satisfaction and finalize checks.

The cabana server is also responsible for performing side work and general cleaning of assigned stations.**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**+ Maintain general cleanliness of cabanas and their surrounding area+ Ensure supplies and table set?ups are completed in cabanas, prior to cabana rental+ Coordinate food order, deliver and arrange food on table+ Present check to guest when service is complete+ Ensure cabanas are cleaned out at the end of each day, to include removing dishes, food, and trash+ Remove pool towels and rafts and return them to towel distribution area upon guest departure+ Ensure the overall safety of guests in pool area; notify supervisor of any unsafe conditions or items in need of repair, i.e., misting system, refrigerator, TV, telephones, curtains, etc.+ Perform other job?related duties as requested**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**+ Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:**+ Knowledge of standard kitchen equipment and supplies, including, but not limited to toasters, refrigerators, and coolers, slicers and beverage machines+ Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and Point of Sale (POS) stations+ Knowledgeable of standard kitchen equipment, including, but not limited to toasters, refrigerators/coolers, slicers, beverage machines+ Knowledge of menu items, including characteristics of wine and champagne by the glass, major wines, liquor brands, beer, non?alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, terminology, and garnishes+ Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations+ Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e.
