The Redox team is rapidly expanding and moving from a culture where it was possible to know all the players (team members and customers) and projects (org-wide strategic initiatives and customer-facing project implementations) to one where we have to rely much more on smart systems to inform us what to work on to create the most value.The Business Process Engineer will identify org-wide process improvement opportunities that will help reduce waste. The BPE role will then work closely with the stakeholders involved in those processes to understand their needs. The role will then explore ways to meet those needs through customization of the involved Business Software and change management/ education involving Redoxers and how they perform their work.The role will start out by being centered around improving general cross-team collaboration processes and customer-facing project implementations.What you’ll do
