Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Summary

Our client, project MIND, Inc.

has immediate openings for fully remote Teleheatlh and in person Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their clinical team.

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to provide behavior intervention to children diagnosed with Developmental Delays, Sensory Integrative Dysfunction, Attention Deficit Disorder, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Their staff works with children in a 1:1 (one on one) outpatient clinical setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

Create and implement treatment plans using evidence-based methods and programs.
Interact with clients, families and co-workers in a professional manner by showing respect and responsiveness to their needs.
Maintain thorough and in-depth treatment notes on each individual case and client.
Follow industry guidelines for ethical and professional performance.
Demonstrate dependability and time management skills.
Demonstrate and retain knowledge of HIPAA and health and safety practices.
Effectively communicate verbally and through writing.
Perform any related duties as assigned.
Physical demands
– moderate physical effort (lift/carry/push up to 30 lbs.), standing/walking, occasionally lifts supplies and/or equipment, occasional reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and crouching.

Qualifications and Skills

5+ years as a BCBA (Telehealth Positions)
7+ years as a BCBA (In-Person Positions)
Will consider a BCBA with less than 1 year experience for PM training program and clinical experience
Nevada State LBA license (Telehealth Positions
– must be willing to obtain if you currently do not have a license within Nevada)
Current BCBA Credentials
Strong problem solving skills
Great writing and verbal communication skills

Bonus rate/hr for each hour over the 25-billable weekly requirement paid quarterly

Annual CEU budget $500
