Associate Contract Analyst (12 month contract // Minneapolis, MN): Top 3 Skills: Candidate must have strong “systems” experience, including interacting with databases like SAP throughout a day Candidate must have experience with a fast paced environment and be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to multi task (manage several open windows and cross reference between multiple spreadsheets in Excel and SAP simultaneously).

Experience with process improvement or automation of administrative tasks if preferred by not required Description: This job role is focused on the entry of rebate transactions in SAP, monitoring the RS Rebates mailbox, logging rebate activity in the Rebates Access Database, ensuring activity is appropriately filed, and compiling documentation for payment and delivery.

The secondary responsibility is to contribute and/or represent the department through completion of specific projects as defined in annual objectives.

Responsibilities: Load activities, including calculations and payment dates accurately into Access Database, update at each stage of rebate process.

Post calculation runs in Vistex, which affect revenue, cash or accounts receivable.

Provide back up of rebates ready for payment to the Rebate Analyst to prepare the payment proposal in SAP.

Once payment has been completed, coordinator will disburse payment activity appropriately, with needed payment documentation.

Provide support to customers, field organization, business units, Customer Financial Solutions, and Customer Service regarding questions about rebate payments or fulfill requests for documentation.

Maintain credit hold activity records and all follow-up activity.

Maintain certain aspects of the open Issue tracking logs Maintain rebate mailing list in FedEx, including all changes in the file based on internal notifications.

Requirements gathering support for Sox, Financial and Compliance audits.

Drive maintenance of SOP’s and work instructions related to rebate activity.

Maintain documentation of team website.

Special projects and support as needed.

Required Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree Required 1-2 years of experience Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills, with a high degree of initiative Ability to multitask and track complex issues, maintaining clear notes on progress to enable others to interpret open issue status Proficient computer skills, including Excel & Word Reliable work ethic and ability to be flexible with on-site availability during high peak times PREFERENCES Direct SAP Experience.

Order Management experience highly desired.

Experience in MS Access.

Experience with running existing TX shuttle macros.

Proven multi-tasking and change management skills Strong oral and written communication skills with experience interacting with customers and internal business partners Team player that is a self-initiator, highly motivated, and works well with others.
