Compensation: $18.00 to $19.00 hourly

Accountemps has an invigorating opportunity to help the community by processing important relief applications for Clark County residents. In this role you will:

• Assist in processing of incoming financial assistant applications. Verification of valid financial documents, reviewing debt to income calculations, validation of other income and third party data to insure qualification. Review financial documents, data entry of any and all required information for applicants. Attention to detail is a must, very strong technical aptitude also needed as you will be navigating through various software platforms regularly.
• These applications have been submitted in an effort to procure rental and utility assistance through a government funded assistance program. Discretion must be maintained as you will have access to sensitive information of applicants. Timeliness to process an application will be key as there is a deadline of year-end to distribute as much funding as possible.
• Requirements:
• Ability to navigate multiple systems in order to complete an application process. Tech savviness is a must as the candidate will be required to click through multiple screens and input data. Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Teams (or similar, i.e. Skype) will be extremely helpful as all outside communications are done through one of these two platforms.
• You must be able to pass a background screening and be able to act quickly on requests for onboarding documentation. Schedule will be an 8 hour shift Monday-Friday.

Job Requirements:

– Strong attention to detail

– AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

– Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases like Salesforce, SAP, MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

– Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

– Familiarity with video chat and messaging platforms such as: Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx
