The Change Management Specialist will build, deliver, and lead OCM strategies to improve operational outcomes for people, process, and technology.

The Change Management Specialist is empowered to build change strategies, frameworks and tools which drive people and business results.

Main responsibilities Define, develop, and drive the execution of the overall OCM strategies based on the business transformation program goalsDrive the required change management strategies which consider and align with department and organizational cultureDevelop the OCM plans, identify and analyze, and facilitate on-going engagement for Stakeholders to drive successful product and program implementationDevelop support networks (e.G., Change Agent Network) which engage stakeholders through the end to end change life cycleConduct Change Impact and Readiness assessments to identify key changes and gaps which impact Shared Services organizationDevelop and execute change management activities to support the transformational journeyPartner with leaders to assess, define and develop talent to meet critical skill gaps as Shared Services implements ongoing transformation objectivesAssist in development assessments to identify skills and learning needs, and mapping capabilities to open positions and future organization needsPartner with L& D and Communications team to implement talent strategies and changeEngage change networks across NSC to drive continuous transformationBe a peer coach for Leaders across Shared Services as they develop people, drive change, and deliver transformation across the NSCWhat we are searching for Bachelor’s Degree preferable in Business Management, Human Resources, Organization Development (OD) or related field.Three to Five or more years of experience in Change Management and/or Transformation initiatives.

Experience in change management, transformation solutions.Strong track record of success in influencing and being a change agentExperience with organizational change and people development effortsDemonstrated ability to build solid relationships at all levels within the organizationStrong communications and presentation skills; ability to convey ideasclearly and concisely to all levels of the organizationDemonstrated delivery of high-quality OCM deliverables focused on people developmentStrong data analytics skillsWorking with larger/more complex projects and programsAbility to translate complex systems and processes into meaningful OCM methods through end-to-end project life cycleStrong facilitation skills in both large and small group formatsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective cross-functional and multi-level relationshipsDemonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills combined with a comfort working in ambiguous situationsCreative, innovative, flexible and passionate about OCM, Talent, and Communication initiativesCapable of working effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced constantly changing environmentAbility to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrentlyExcellent communication skills – both verbal and writtenWhat it is like at Albertsons?
