Akta is a video start-up that was founded by seasoned entrepreneurs who sold their last video startup to Google.

We capitalize on the massive opportunity for a low latency, high scale, cloud-based, video platform.

The NFL, Bloomberg, Univision, CBS and Fox are clients who already agree We’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer who will own the SaaS video platform’s post-sale customer experience.

Through the combination of your technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, you’ll ensure our customers are knowledgeable about the platform’s capabilities and delighted with the service.What you’ll be doingClearly articulate the Akta value proposition during new customer onboarding.

Understand customers’ workflows and train users and ensure they can take full advantage of the video platform’s capabilities.Manage your assigned enterprise accounts.

Act as a single point of contact who know the customer, their needs and success criteriaWork one-on-one with your assigned enterprise customers.

You will manage their weekly to ensure a full technical resolution of any issues they may have.Track and document support cases and escalate complex support casesWorking closely with Akta’s Devops/Engineering teams to resolve escalated cases and close the loop with customers.What you’ll needWillingness to learn and become an expert in video streaming by working with our engineersTrack record of customer success / tech support experience in a SaaS product.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA solid understand of networking fundamentalsPrior experience with video content management systems or large-scale streaming video / audio platforms is a plus.Degree in Management Information Science, Computer Science or relevant technical degrees
