Agile PM/Delivery Lead


This is a Full-time position in Las Vegas, NV posted March 15, 2021.

We are seeking a Delivery Lead to help us keep all of our software development products/projects on task.

In this position, you will take a big-picture approach to service delivery and follow multiple projects from design to deployment.

Your responsibilities will include support drafting roadmaps, setting delivery guidelines and delegating work to specific agile teams.

Your main concern is getting our products to market on time, all while maintaining compliance with quality and standards.

Our ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a business field and several years of hands-on agile or business process management experience.

Consulting experience is also beneficial.n Ensures teams maintain focus on quality and continuous delivery Collaborate with agile teams to develop roadmaps and delivery guidelines.

Oversee the discovery, design, development, testing, andndeployment processes.

Intervene when development is behind the delivery plan.

Running regular delivery health checks and reviews with the stakeholders.

Ensure the process meets quality standards.

Driving delivery for high-impact programs in the core technology team to help customers worldwide.

Honing and leading continuous-improvement team for the delivery infrastructure.

Collaborating across many groups within and outside the agile team(s).

Delivering innovative and industry leading features to our customers.

Working with business and technical teams to understand key success criteria, assessing risk and developing an effective feature delivery plan.

Developing and maintaining delivery timeline, risk management plan, issue log and communication plan.

Present status to various stakeholders on a regular basis.

Proactively work to identify issues and drive issue resolution.

Managing company budget and finances Ability to manage conflict and offer suitable resolutions Strong customer service, agile mindset, and quality assurance skills.
