The Admissions Assistant- Call Center is responsible for providing excellent customer service to external and internal customers through pleasant and efficient handling of phone calls and inquiries. Actively supports and promotes the hospice’s vision, mission and overall philosophy. Assists with general office work as needed.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a customer service, call center environment. Preferably in healthcare.
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical records.
Shift: Fri Sat Sun 8am-830pm
