Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist

Summary

As a key member of the accounting team, you will be part of the accounts receivable team which processes billings, reconciliations, and other duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·Research and maintain accounts receivable aging and contact past due accounts for collections

·Post daily activity to customer accounts (deposits, payments, voids, etc.)

·Create and invoice all new customers in Bill.com

·Post Journal Entries in accounting system for all new incoming IRA / Trust customers with annual fees

·Move deals in Pipedrive as billing is updated

·Create Looker reports for any T&C customers with fees to be invoices monthly

·Monthly billing for escrow accounts with special billing agreements

·Posting, processing, and researching credit card chargeback activity

·Monthly T&C billing of ACH, Wire, Credit Card, Cryptocurrency, and Compliance fees to customers

·Generate weekly billing for ACH batches and cash management fees report

·Generate weekly billing reports for Staff Accountant, and Sr.

Accountant revenue and bank reconciliations

·Process any escrow ACH fails sent by funds processing

·Close or cancel customer accounts for offerings/escrow services as requested by customers

·Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted at month-end

·Accounting related customer service support using Zendesk ticketing system

·Reconcile / balance assigned G/L accounts for month end closings

·Generate monthly Excel pivot table Technology Revenue report for executive team review

Minimum Qualifications

·2 years’ minimum experience handling accounts receivable and collections – Required

·Strong attention to detail
– Required

·Company Fit – Outside of the box critical thinking

·Excellent oral and written communication skills

·High level of emotional intelligence

·Must be self-motivated

·Able to work independently with little management supervision, as well working directly with entire accounting staff as needed

·Ability to work effectively to meet department deadlines on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

·Ability to multitask

·Exhibits strong customer services skills dealing with customers or clients

·Deals well with change in procedures and processes

·Minimum Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent related
– Required

Job Type

Full-time position in our corporate headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Salary

$50,000
– $55,000 DOE
