This is a Contract position in Las Vegas, NV posted May 15, 2022.

RequirementsResponsibilities:Provide Compliance production support for client base, including Compliance Testing, Plan Valuation, and Form 5500 completion.Assist with the preparation and mailing of Annual Questionnaires and Census Requests.Track receipt of information needed to perform Compliance Testing and Plan Valuation.Download Financial/Trust Statements as needed for the Plan Valuation.Perform Trust accounting, as needed.Reconcile Individual Brokerage Accounts as needed.Communicate with Actuaries regarding paired Plans.Assist Plan Sponsors with processing Loans and Distributions as needed.Promote client retention and identify opportunities to build existing relationships through exceptional customer service and consultation.Communicate timely, effectively, and professionally both internally and externally.Offer recommendations for improvement in processes and procedures.Maintain awareness of Regulatory and Law changes as they affect Retirement Plans and assist in disseminating information internally as needed.Help guide Plan Sponsors and Plan Advisors with technical Regulatory Compliance issues.Attend industry and Company seminars and webinars to attain/maintain accreditation and develop industry related knowledge.Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in related fieldCurrent or goal-oriented accreditation through ABA, ASPPA and/or NIPAPrior experience in the Retirement Plan industryStrong communication skills, both written and verbalStrong computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and AdobeFamiliarity with Access beneficialPrior experience with ASC Compliance Testing, ASC DGEM, ASC CATTS, and ASC Gemini Portal software beneficialPrior experience with the FTWilliam Form 5500 software and portal beneficialFamiliarity with Plan Provider systems beneficialStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track multiple tasks and issues, set goals and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment “Ascendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, we welcome and celebrate diversity.
