Join us at Qualitest Qualitest is looking for a HR Onboarding & Benefits Admin to join our growing teams for a fully remote opportunity The HR Onboarding & Benefits Administrator duties involve a wide range of support activities inside the People & Talent department, including benefit administration, coordinating onboarding, maintaining our employee files, and completing reports.

Onboarding – 35% Send out onboarding information to New Hires Work with Global IT to request set-up of new employee e-mail, portals, and laptops Review form I-9 and complete E-verify process, ensuring compliance with labor laws Send new hires drug/background checks and paperwork to be returned Work with Payroll team to set up New Hire with Timesheet Portal Maintain onboarding checklist and escalating any delays or issues in the process Set-up and maintain employee profiles using HRIS, ADP Workforce Now Send out employee onboarding surveys and 90-Day Check in form per set schedule Set-up employee on employee gift giving portal Benefits – 35% Administer benefit plans offered by the company including Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary plans, 401k, COBRA, etc.

Act as a liaison between the employees, third party administrators, and benefit vendors Facilitate Annual Open Enrollment process in conjunction with insurance broker Distribute mandatory plan documents and notices in accordance with the DOL and IRS Process any enrollment changes, including qualifying life events Coordinate employee leave of absences in compliance with laws and company policies Reconcile monthly employee paid benefit billings to payroll records; calculate and submit payment for company benefits Resolve benefit or payroll discrepancies with carriers and employee inquiries Collaborate with payroll team to ensure that employee benefit contributions and payroll deductions are processed accurately and in a timely manner Administration/Operations – 30% Assisting with Immigration administration, as needed Manage administration of employee wellness program Create employee documents including, but not limited to, employment verification letters Updating and maintaining employee HRIS files as required Answer basic employee questions regarding employment at Qualitest Review and complete monthly HR credit card report Work on other HR projects as required Assisting with laptop returns by creating shipping labels through USPS Why Quali t est?
