POSITION SUMMARYDedicated to innovative placemaking, The Howard Hughes Corporation owns, manages, and develops award-winning master planned communities, as well as operating properties and development opportunities including: The Seaport in New York; Downtown Columbia, Maryland; The Woodlands, The Woodlands Hills, and Bridgelandin the Greater Houston, Texas area; Summerlin, Las Vegas; Douglas Ranch, Phoenix and Ward Villagein Honolulu, Hawaii. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Senior Marketing Director to help develop and execute day-to-day marketing initiatives for Downtown Summerlin and other Howard Hughes commercial assets in order to impact brand awareness within the community and enhance traffic and sales from our target markets. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the development, coordination and execution of a variety of marketing events and programs.Work with Digital Marketing Strategist to ensure property’s website is updated with content uploads and tenant updates.Generate a variety of reports including event recaps, tenant tracking, weekly agendas and property event calendars.Assist with the organization of event video and photo archives.Assist with the organization and management of ESG files.Assist Digital Marketing Strategist with e-blast program and help generate unique, engaging content for subscribers.Develop tenant relationships with existing and new tenants by maintaining database, regular scheduled meetings, retailer newsletter and on-going marketing communication.Manage all property signage and displays including digital and printed directories, promotional signage, barricade graphics and window merchandising.Assist the Sr. Marketing Director in the review, approval, and processing of all marketing invoices.Assist with product pulls and coordination of photo and video shoots, digital content.Manage the property’s premiere guest services / concierge program.Support corporate leasing team as needed with property photos, information, new tenant openings and marketing research.Track and fulfill donation requests.Serve as backup for social media images and posts for the property.Assist all corporate and third party advertising and public relations partners in the development and implementation of cohesive, cross-channel initiatives.Contribute to the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs by collaborating in strategy meetings and providing new best-practices.Oversee the property’s gift card program and operations.Communicate with management team, tenants, seasonal staff and contracted services to provide information related to marketing events and property-specific opportunities.Generate monthly newsletters to all office, retail and residential tenants.Serve as back up administrative support as needed including processing expense reports and maintaining files.Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking extensively, moving boxes, signage, working outside, etc.Schedule flexibility is necessary. Position will work various weekends, evenings and holidays to support center initiatives.Other duties as assigned.
