Marketing Coordinator

This is a Contract position in Las Vegas, NV posted November 22, 2021.

Educational Products, Inc (EPI), the industry leader for prepackaged school supply programs and provider of custom imprinted apparel, is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented and values-driven professional to join our corporate team.The Marketing Coordinator will perform a variety of specialized and administrative functions to increase productivity, supporting the Director of Marketing and overall marketing efforts.

Primary job functions include email, web, social and digital campaign management, developing research and analytics reports with visual appeal, tradeshow logistic management, and general marketing support to the sales team.

This position is a remote position but must maintain a schedule during normal business hours.

This position will report to the Director of Marketing.Only candidates that submit recent writing and design examples with resume will be considered for the position.This role requires:Exceptional writing and verbal skills.

Must be a strong writer, proofreader and editor.

Must be able to synthesize information into clear, actionable presentations and reports.Outstanding organizational skills.

Must develop timelines and meet deadlines.

Ability to handle a high volume of projects, competing tasks and priorities.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, PhotoShop and Illustrator.Experience developing and managing email campaigns.

Must be able to manage campaign from development of initial strategy, write and design email content, manage lists and provide regular reporting on results.A deep commitment to our mission and values.

Comfort with test-and-learn efforts.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport the Director of Marketing by assisting in the implementation of the company’s marketing strategy.Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes and content.Implements marketing initiatives as directed.Utilizes a variety of internal tools to execute and report on various marketing strategies i.e.

Salesforce, email automation platforms, Hubspot, etc.Executes tradeshow logistics by coordinating with sales team.QualificationsMarketing Coordination, Project Management, Reporting Research Results, Understanding the Customer, Process Improvement, Initiative, Planning, Financial SkillsIdeal candidates for this role also have:1-3 years of work experience in integrated marketing communications: email, website, social media, digital and print.Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role a plus.Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing.Strong writing and email etiquette required.Proficiency in full Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Publisher) and Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop and Illustrator).

Salesforce experience a plus.
