Overview: Marketing Communications Specialist Marketing Communications Specialist Ideal Candidate ProfileQTS is currently seeking an energetic, responsive and well-organized full time Marketing Communications Specialist.

This position will be responsible for developing, managing, coordinating, and executing the marketing communications plan and budget.

It will also develop collateral and marketing tools to support sales staff in new business and selling QTS services.

It will help coordinate activities and events to ensure accurate, consistent, and proper image and brand presentation, and level of awareness of QTS in the market.

It will also provide administrative support to the Business Units, Sales, and Executives as requested.

Responsibilities: Marketing Communications Specialist Job SummaryDevelop, manage, and implement the marketing communications plan with oversight from the VP of Sales & Marketing.Develop and manage the marketing communications expense budget with oversight from VP of Sales & Marketing.Drive the development and coordination of marketing materials, tools, and tactics with oversight from the VP of Sales and Marketing (website, literature, logo and graphics, promotions, newsletters, social media and other marketing mailings, press releases, videos, advertisements, directory listings, etc.).

Manage and maintain the QTS website through the use of CMS system and QTS social media platforms.Support the business units, sales staff and President with various administrative tasks which may include development of sales presentations, sales tools, sales samples, videos, gifts, cards, Q-Time and templates for proposal/quotation forms, customer notifications.Manage consultants, vendors, material/service providers, trade shows, special events, meetings, and webinars/seminars.

Interface with and service customers on lead follow-up/tracking, customer satisfaction surveys, and general requests for information about QTS.Maintain the effectiveness of the CRM system and customer contact information, database, and reports specific to sales and marketing.Stay abreast of medical device industry trends to formulate ideas for newsletters, speaking engagements, and customer presentations.Assist with Medical Device Resource Group (MDRG) activities and events, as well as network with other marketing and/or medical groups.

Qualifications: Marketing Communications Specialist Skills and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent.4-year degree in marketing communications or equivalent job experience.Moderate experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite).Proficiency with website platforms (WordPress), social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) and marketing communications software (HubSpot, Constant Contact, Hootsuite).Experience with photography and videography is highly desired.Event planning and coordination skills.Creative, communication, marketing, and writing skills.Negotiation skills.Responsiveness and reliability.Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).Attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.Ability to prioritize and multitask.
