This is a Contract position in Las Vegas, NV posted May 21, 2022.

POSITION SUMMARY: Help refine, market and monitor company profile, messaging and programs across multiple platforms to included company website, social media, and print media.

Facilitate the creation and submission of creative, compliant and compelling proposals in support of company business development efforts.

Office administrative support.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Associates Degree in Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or other related fields with 2 years of related experience in marketing (digital and traditional) or sales.

Additional years of related experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, content management software and customer relationship management.

Website management experience to include knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, analytical and presentation skills Demonstrated knowledge of team organization and time-management processes.

High level of ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to meet tight deadlines.

Ability to support a fast-paced, high-volume, and diverse workload Travel may be required for proposal development duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with digital content creation and deployment for company and contract-related websites, social media pages, and special projects.

Ensure marketing content is timely, relevant and appropriate to assist in company partnership and business development efforts.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing efforts Oversees production of proposals and marketing materials.

Coordinates the development, packaging and submission of proposals for new and on-going business/contract opportunities.

Develops and designs infographics for presentations and proposals.

Compile and review of proposal documents and standard government forms for correctness, completeness, and compliance with requirements.

Oversee and coordinate the routine communication, coordination and administrative support functions of the corporate office.

Identify problems, analyze causes and evaluates appropriate solutions prior to taking or recommending actions.

Follow-up to ensure prompt/appropriate action is taken and problems corrected.

Other duties as assigned.
