You will also develop new fixtures and products and create drawings, work instructions and related product documentation.Specific responsibilities include: Design/conduct DOEs; work instructions;design fixtures and toolingSPC analysis to qualify new equipmentFailure analysis, root cause and corrective actionDevelop short and long-term corrective action plans to improve quality, cycle times, production and equipment downtimeAddress production issues in brazing area as neededOversee multiple continuous improvement projects; apply Lean principles to improve factory operations Requirements:BS in Engineering discipline3 years of experience in machining or brazingGD& T, PPAP, DFM, SolidWorksStatistical analysis, project management experienceWorking knowledge of tooling and fixturing (supporting brazing and heat treat process)Prior experience working in an AS9100 or ISO9000 environment
