Job SummaryRequirements As a Sr. IT Recruiter, your responsibilities andor experience will include Sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and placing softwareweb development, technical support professionals, network engineers, and many other technical positions in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with our clients Participating in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local IT community Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and stakeholder relationships. Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through Continually build and maintain a pipeline of talent to accommodate for current and future client demands Maintain and upkeep of candidatesrsquo files in the internal database Utilize social media tools to engage with candidates Providing outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates Manage a rigorous full-cycle high volume recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles Serve as subject matter expert by screening, interviewing, and referring qualified applicants to hiring managers for interviews Source passive candidates and build future relationships (pipelinesource recruiting)
