Senior HR Generalist (HR Resource)

Pinnacle Service Center

This is a Full-time position in Las Vegas, NV posted August 1, 2022.

_Pennant Services_ is currently seeking a Human Resources professional to join our team The HR Resource plays a key role in influencing the development and deployment of strategies, programs, policies, and procedures, conducting human resources administrative duties, investigations, recruiting, auditing, and ensuring successful implementation of organizational change efforts within the assigned Market.

This position will provide Human Resources support to our Wisconsin market.

Duties and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
· Advises field leaders on the administration of human resource policies.

· Builds relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.

· Influences field leaders through technical explanations and examples.

· Acts as an internal consultant by analyzing HR practices and recommending solutions.

· Ensures assigned Market is in compliance with established policies and procedures and with any relevant federal, state or local legislation.

· Answers non-routine requests for information on policy interpretation.

· Assists with developing, coordinating and recommending changes for the improvement of workflow in the assigned Market.

· Conducts periodic audits of human resource activities to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

· Participates in professional development sessions or seminars.

· Works on special projects.

· Presents training sessions related to human resources and leadership development.

· Reviews and updates HR information system records.

· Conducts investigations and resolves employee relations incidents.

· Assists with coordinating events focused on recruiting/retention/selection and training new employees.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities None Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive HR experience required Strong employee relations and workplace investigations experience required SHRM CP certification preferred Assisted Living/ Skilled Nursing Facility/ Long Term Care experience preferred Multi-state HR experience preferred Frequent travel, at least 50% of the time, within the state of WI is required for this position.
