A financial technology firm has an open position for a Remote Human Resource Assistant.Candidates will be responsible for the following: Supporting ad hoc internal and/or external HR related inquiries or requests Reaching out to all new hires to periodically check-in Collaborating with the People Ops as we develop, iterate and implement new People ProgramsQualifications Include: Exceptional attention to detail. At least 1+ years of experience as an HR Assistant, HR Specialist or similar People Ops position An ability to work independently within a small, fast-paced team
