We are seeking an outgoing and energetic individual to join our thriving insurance agency as a Hiring Program Coordinator.
If you can work on your own from home and are self-motivated, you would be a great fit for our team. Ideal candidates have outstanding phone skills, are highly organized, multi-task without missing a beat and are flexible with a growth mindset.
Your ability to persuade candidates to explore opportunities as a life insurance agent and effectively keep candidates on track throughout the licensing process is critical to success as our Agent Liaison.
Position will be filled on or before April 5, 2021.
Qualifications:
· Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills.
· Previous experience with administrative responsibilities.
· Well-spoken with professional presentation skills.
· Proficient with Google Suite (Mail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs etc).
· Proficient with Microsoft Office.
· Highly organized.

Compensation & Benefits:
· $20-25 per hour
· Bonuses based on performance and company growth

Job Requirements:
Responsibilities include:
· Onboarding new hires into the Monday platform (training provided).
· Communicating with new hires from the time they are hired until they are officially contracted.
· Weekly hiring reports.
· Coordinating with our Digital Marketing Specialist on new hire milestones for recognition.
· Additional responsibilities may be added based on company growth.
