Recruiter – 100% Remote


This is a Full-time position in Las Vegas, NV posted August 1, 2022.

Berean Group is looking for Campus Talent Attraction Partner with our end client.

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 12+ months contract

Prior campus recruiting experience is MUST

Prefer candidate to be in the Dallas/Ft.Worth TX area but will consider anywhere in the US for a strong candidate

Client will provide laptop and supplier is responsible to provide or ensure candidate has mobile phone that can be used for business as needed.

Candidate MUST meet the following requirements:

• Prior campus recruiting experience

• Experience with Career Services at a University would be considered a strong asset

• Proven, proactive sourcing background utilizing multiple avenues to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow as well as pipeline for upcoming searches

• Proven ability to build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders and candidates in a demanding environment

• Proven ability to adapt to change and work independently in a fast-paced, flexible environment

• Technical Recruiting background would be a considered a nice to have

As part of the Nokia team you will learn and contribute to the following:

• Working as part of the Early Careers Talent team, your dynamic and broad market understanding will be asked to deliver highest quality stakeholder experiences around different business groups across the US and Canada to support New Professional/Entry Level hiring into the region

• Strategizing different ways to build diverse talent pipelines across the US and Canada and effectively promote Nokia’s brand to potential candidates

• Attend Career Events and sessions as needed

• Collaborate with the Early Careers Team to ensure that high performing interns at Nokia are given top priority for our New Professional openings

• Capture talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the Talent Attraction groups and cross-functional teams.

• Work with the Sourcing team and contribute towards talent pipelining, strategic sourcing and executive talent pipelining when required

Your skills and experience

• Demonstrated experience working multiple candidate skillsets and experience, with a primary focus on recent graduates

• Proven track of initiatives promoting an inclusive workplace;

• Strong networking ability to build new relationships;

• Out of the box thinking to find new ways to attract diverse talents

• Recruiting experience for Technical positions will be considered a strong asset
