The Role
We are seeking an experienced High Volume Recruiter to help grow and scale our organization of Direct Service Providers/Home Health Aides. This person must thrive in a fast paced environment and can provide suggestions for how we can iterate on our processes. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This is a full-cycle role, where you will be able to take candidates from the first contact to close!
Who we are looking for
- 1-4 years experience in Recruiting
- Prior experience recruiting in high volume hourly pay spaces
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and work with candidates with a focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience
- Ambitious, efficient and stable under tight deadlines and competing priorities
- Ability to build relationships with team members, hiring managers and colleagues across multiple disciplines and timezones
- Great written and verbal communication skills across all levels
- Organized, efficient, and proactive with a keen sense of urgency
- Ability to recognize and appropriately handle highly sensitive and confidential information
What you will do
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Team, Operations Team, and Intellectually and Developmentally Disabled Team (IDD) to help hire Direct Service Professionals/Home Health Aides
- Provide insight and feedback for process improvement opportunities
- Maintain correct process information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure candidates receive timely, thoughtful and engaging messaging throughout the hiring process
- Source, screen and make the initial contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level
- Work to create a seamless handoff of new team members
