Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

Job Type: Direct-hire / Permanent

Salary: $120K to $160K DOE

Location: 100% REMOTE

What You Will Be Doing

  • Work end-to-end with the data to clarify and drive the business use case, evaluate available data, etc.
  • Identify opportunities and drive insights to improve conversion the B2C marketing funnel.
  • Build dashboards and reports to support performance monitoring.
  • Enable marketing partners to self-serve data.

What You Need for this Position

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of professional hands-on experience in a quantitative analysis role
  • Expert level SQL skills
  • High level of proficiency in Python
  • Strong experience with data visualization using tools like Tableau or similar

Nice To Have

  • Previous experience in a clinical or product analysis
  • Practical statistical knowledge (hypothesis testing, etc.)

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, or many region-specific benefits.
