Utilizing advanced digital technology and an accomplishedmedical staff, Southern Hills Hospital with 265 beds, provides the communities of southwest Las Vegas with emergency and pediatricemergency services, behavioral health inpatient and outpatient programs forages 55 and older, an accredited Chest Pain Center, a Certified Primary StrokeCenter, OB-GYN and diagnostic imaging and surgical services.  Southern Hills Hospital s advanced care andsuperior service make for better outcomes and an exceptional patientexperience.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The RN Critical Care is aclinically competent Registered Nurse in the areas of Surgery and Endoscopy,within the provisions laid down by the Nevada State Board of Nursing, N.R.S andN.A.C.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 2 years inPeri-Operative Services for either Surgery & Endoscopy preferred

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Associates Degree inNursing or higher

 

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

ACLS Certification fromthe American Heart Association

PALS Certification fromthe American Heart Association

BLS Certification fromthe American Heart Association

Moderate Sedation inhouse certification

AORN /CNOR  preferred.
