Medical Office Associate I – Cardiac Cath Lab (1PM-9PM)

Overview: Morristown Medical Center, a member of Atlantic Health System, is seeking a Full Time Medical Office Associate in the Cardiac Cath Lab to work 1PM-9PM 5x per week with no weekends.

Responsibilities: Essential Functions:Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.Candidate will be responsible for scheduling cases for MMC and OMC Cath Labs and the EP Lab.Must be able to handle high volume of phone calls and work closely with the Charge RN to manage the flow of five-procedure rooms and the holding/receiving area.Candidate must have strong computer skills; PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel.Must be able to multitask, have strong phone etiquette and people skills.

Candidate must have a flexible schedule.

Qualifications: Education:High School Diploma required, College preferred.Qualifications/Requirements:1-2 years prior experience in an office setting, medical practice or medical office, preferred.Basic computer knowledge; Microsoft Word, Excel, Applications.

Registration/EPIC experience preferred.
