Mainly, we provide Call Center services on behalf of industries ranging from Insurance, Medical Devices, Retail, Financial Services and Banking, Outdoor/Recreational, Cable/Radio, and many more!
In addition to our Contact Center Solutions, we also offer Market Research, IT Support, Marketing and Digital Consultation (and you guessed it, WAY MORE!) to Fortune 500 Companies!
Currently, we are seeking Health Care Advisor/Call Center Agents whohelp members navigate the health care system including helping with claim and benefits questions, finding quality doctors and scheduling appointments; connecting consumers with health and wellness resources; and coaching members to make better health choices by providing education.

Here’s what you’ll do as a Health Care Advisor/Call Center Agent:
Handle inbound calls and emails with an emphasis on excellent customer service in a call center environment
Own member issues, questions, concerns, and see them through to resolution
Respond to members and providers in a polite and courteous manner with patience, empathy, care, compassion, and sincerity in voice tone and pace
Assist members with medical and pharmacy benefits, medical plan overview, behavioral health inquiries, claims, provider search and prior authorization
Provide member education on HSA, FSA, HRA, and other financial accounts
Go above and beyond for consumers to create a memorable consumer experience by providing expert, proactive service including education of healthcare system, healthcare providers, clinical/wellness resources
Assist members in understanding benefits, terminology, claim resolution and Explanation of Benefit interpretation
Initiate telephone calls to internal sources, membership, providers, and other claim payers to gather data and determine resolution to claim issues
Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, meeting metric expectations, and quality audit standards
Work with cross carriers to ensure member follow up and resolution
Support multiple clients and their individuals’ expectations
Help Secure establishing patient appointments for the first time visit to the PCP
Work with Network management to ensure panel requests are up to date and when providers are not conforming to the contract (e.g.

balance billing)
Here’s what you already have to be a successful Health Care Advisor/Call Center Agent:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of experience within the Healthcare Field, Advocacy Service, Customer Service, and/or Call Center Services, Sales, Hospitality
CMS and HIPAA compliant trained along with other screening OIG, COI, LEIE, SAM exclusions
Working knowledge of Windows PC applications and Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to multitask between assisting consumer and computer task; ability to learn new and complex computer applications
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment where constant learning, change, and multi-tasking is required; organization skills a must
Experience with medical or health terminology highly beneficial
Understand and effectively explain complex benefit plans and resolve complex healthcare issues
Ability to overcome objections and persuade members to take action / change behavior
Excellent conflict management skills including the ability to resolve issues under stress and diffuse distress
***This position is based out of Henderson, NV and may require ONSITE TRAINING/PRODUCTION.


Remote Opportunity Requirements:
You must have a quiet and undisturbed place to work with fast and reliable internet that you can plug your computer directly into; shared or public WiFi, Satellite, Dial-Up, and Hotspots will not suffice
Internet speeds must be a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload
Home Router with Ethernet link to PC/Laptop required in addition to a dependable power strip
Mobile phone in lieu of a landline is acceptable as long as it has unlimited landline minutes and strong cell service/battery life
