Government Property Management Specialist I

This is a Full-time position in Las Vegas, NV posted May 12, 2022.

Job DescriptionThis position will be a remote position and responsible for Government Property Administrative support to all Electronic Sector sites as it pertains to the proper control of Government and Customer Property.

This will include ensuring Policies, Procedures and Processes are followed.

It will also be responsible for supporting Self-Assessments, Subcontractor/Vendor Control, and Metrics gathering.This position is responsible to support all applicable number of Contractor Outcomes of the Government Property Control System, including the maintenance of records and issuance of required reports concerning Government and Customer-owned property from its receipt at the company to its final disposition after contract completion or termination.

Position includes support of Self-Assessments and Government/Customer audits of the Government Property Management System.Sound understanding and application of FAR 52.245-1, FAR Part 45, DFARS, & other Government property regulatory requirements.

Works to develop solutions on a variety of problems of increased scope and complexity.

Might refer to policies, procedures, regulatory clauses and contract terms and conditions for guidance.

Works under general direction from management.Work is reviewed for judgement and overall adequacy and accuracy.

Ability to communicate in verbal and non-verbal means.Required Education, Experience, & SkillsEducation and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent plus additional 5 years relevant experience, including 2 years in Property Administration; or relevant Associate s degree plus additional 3 years experience, including 1 year in Property Administration; or relevant Bachelor s degree.Required skillsExcellent interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communications.
