– https // n About The Jobn n We are changing the way people think about customer service by leveraging information technology, and we need your help!n nWe are seeking to add a User Experience (UX) Designer to our team.

This person will help guide and create frictionless experiences to our team of 10,000+ team members using our proprietary platforms and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.

This role will work with our Design team and the Senior Director of Research & Development to execute on worldwide strategies.

We’re looking for a passionate multi-skilled individual that can wear multiple hats and tackle distinct design demands to take customer service UX to the next level.n nThis is a location-flexible position, so the person can be based in Winnipeg or work remotely.

Since its inception, Laivly has cultivated a remote-friendly culture with all the necessary tools for remote collaboration.n n As User Experience (UX) Designer, You Will…n Collaborate with Product Managers & stakeholders to create solutions that reduce friction and increase the successful adoption and ongoing use of our tools across the workforce Create surveys and interview users face-to-face to obtain important feedback and insights Gather information, analyze data, make decisions and execute Have a deep understanding of UX theory and be able to shift gears to apply the data you have on hand to get the task completed in a timely manner Quickly communicate ideas using sketches, online collaboration tools, wireframes and other means, before a high fidelity design is produced Design polished UI using our Design Library and submit them to our team leads for feedback Build high-fidelity prototypes Know where you are most impactful within the Software Development Cycle and be available to iterate and build upon the requests of multiple stakeholders Target the messaging of your UX solutions to teams that may not have an understanding of the “why” and supply appropriate data to support recommendations n n Requirementsn n As User Experience (UX) Designer, You Have…n A high school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary schooling preferred) 5+ years of experience in User Experience Design Ability to apply both UX and User Interface (UI) solutions depending on the needs at hand Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML and understanding the limitations developers face when bringing designs to reality Experience with prototype tools such as Invision and Protopie Experience with video production, A/V equipment and video editing tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong problem solving and decision making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and can handle a high volume of work Ability to organize and follow-up on multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with people from diverse backgrounds Ability to adapt to change and innovation Ability to plan and monitor results Ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders Experience with Sketch (what we use day-to-day) or a similar tool such as Figma or Adobe XD
