But be prepared – it’s contagiousWe are seeking an energetic, motivated, and experienced Graphic Designer to join Foundry’s Marketing Leadership team in Nashville, Tennessee.

The primary responsibilities will include the ability to creatively deliver a wide variety of internal marketing initiatives with a primary focus on project management and art direction supporting emerging markets and service lines.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who can operate within a highly collaborative environment, taking on responsibilities of leading or supporting internal communication campaigns, and strengthening the Foundry brand.

There will be ample opportunity for professional growth as we encourage creative solutions by leveraging the newest technologies and design trends.Essential Job Functions:Act as ambassador of the firm’s brand and visual graphic standards and help maintain consistency in all marketing materialsDevelop a high-level of understanding of Foundry service lines, technology, marketing content, marketing contacts, and subject matterProvide exceptional client service, taking on full ownership of assigned projectsParticipate in the development of internal marketing strategies and play a significant role in the creative process for campaign development.Act as project manager on a large variety of marketing activities including internal email campaigns, website updates, social media graphics, and other ad hoc projects with the internal graphics teamCreate look and feel of branding campaigns including color palette, logos, materials, and inspired concepts to create positive positioning and innovative collateralProduce visual marketing materials, including but not limited to: brochures, editorial collateral, onboarding material, e-blasts, websites, proposals, presentations, invitations, social media graphics, etc.

Develop creative ways to present material in a graphically pleasing and impactful manner using existing and new cutting-edge technologyPerform general marketing and design tasks large or smallAssist with special projectsEducation and Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in Art or Design/Visual Communications, two years of prior graphic design experience in a corporate environment preferred Advanced Design skills using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite are requiredImpact player who works effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven, team environment and consistently demonstrates a high level of organizational skill and customer serviceAbility to multitask with great time management Ability to take initiative for own priorities and thinking strategically to plan and execute work ahead of scheduleKnowledge of the commercial real estate space are a plus but not requiredQuick learner and advocate of new formats, trends and technologiesPrint production knowledge a must Ability to review, edit, write and format flawless marketing materialsDreamweaver and/or HTML experience is a plusKnowledge of website design platforms, such as Square Space is a plusPhotography, motion graphics and video production and editing experience a plusStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsBe committed, dedicated to creating quality product and hungry to learnFoundry Commercial is an Equal Opportunity EmployerFoundry Commercial is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
