This role will be responsible for training and development including planning, creating, and facilitating training programs live and through the company LMS.This position may be performed out of the San Diego office location: 10150 Meanley Drive, CA 92131Duties and Responsibilities:Supports the Instructional Designer and Training Manager with curriculum development.Assist in developing and facilitating new hire on-boarding and existing hire continuing education.Manages training project queue and updates activities in the tracking toolReviews training materials and courses periodically and coordinates updates with SMEs to reflect changes in technology and proceduresFacilitate/Host live training sessions Compiles data to be used for reporting and metrics Sends out course evaluation questionnaires following training courses or live training events LMS ManagementCoordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.Liaise and act as the first point of contact for clients (internal and external) to resolve LMS issuesAssist with data entry for special projects or high demand situations within the departmentAssign training and maintain training records for all employees and produce reports as needed to managementManages all Training department email inboxesSupports special projects as neededRequirements:Associate’s degree (A.

A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
