As a Technical Customer Service Rep, your role would include preparing quotes, reviewing and accepting purchase orders, reviewing customer specifications & non-disclosure agreements, and working with team members from Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to address customer concerns.
The individual in this position will report to the Customer Service Supervisor.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree preferredMinimum 2 years of experience in customer serviceStrong customer relations skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to enter data and use databases, customer portals, email, MS Windows, and office equipmentPhysical RequirementsSee attached
