You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Operations Support team monitors the overall quality of our service.

Delivery of support will be provided through a combination of staff, contractors and vendor managed service agreements.

This team is responsible for adherence to Service Level Agreements for Level 2 and 3 application support services regardless of delivery source.Job Requirements and Preferences:Basic Qualifications:Minimum Degree Required:High School DiplomaMinimum Years of Experience:4 year(s) of progressive roles managing IT operations quality control, process improvement, and compliance.Preferred Qualifications:Degree Preferred:Bachelor DegreePreferred Fields of Study:Information Technology, Computer and Information ScienceCertification(s) Preferred:Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator AssociatePreferred Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:* Possessing experience in application support with industry knowledge of ITIL service management principles;* Using domain knowledge and relevant expertise to identify the area of fault (code, environment or configuration) and guide the appropriate team in constructing and implementing the fix;* Delivering technical diagnosis and solutioning prescription within a specific technology expertise and assigned applications;* Demonstrating technical understanding that spans multiple platforms and application level expertise of a portfolio of applications with broad knowledge of the business strategic priorities, in order to resolve complex problems;* Developing technical application support skill sets with detailed technical experience with industry standard platforms such as Google Application Suite, .NET/IIS, Azure Cloud, Microsoft SQL, Kubernetes, RPA and others;* Possessing technical capabilities, analytical skills and application knowledge;* Being able to diagnose and troubleshoot complex application problems and leverage tools and resources appropriately to identify solutions that may or may not be already documented;* Managing multiple conflicting deadlines and competing priorities; and,* Building and maintaining relationships within the team and throughout the firm.Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following softwares/programs:* Having work experience with Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Services, and Containerization (e.g.

Docker);* Having experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipeline);* Working with applications like Microsoft Azure Cloud (PaaS), Azure Portal, App Services, Redis cache, App Insights, Blob Storage, Azure Portal experience, RabbitMQ;* Possessing code experience and operational understanding (.NET framework);* Writing intermediate queries and understanding complex joins (Microsoft SQL);* Using Terraform or ARM templates;* Creating Linux shell scripting or Powershell scripting; with experience with authoring new powershell scripts;* Having experience with kusto query language (KQL);* Writing queries and understanding the data returned (Splunk);* Managing servers via RDP session (Cyberark); and,* Understanding ITIL framework (or comparable ITSM framework).
