Lending Client Support Manager – Field Based – Newport Beach/Foster City, CA

Job Description:Primary Areas of Focus:
•Drive Customer Experience and Operational Execution
•Serves as subject matter expert for operations, reporting and processes
•Coaches employees to meet bank and regulatory requirements
•Daily review of the lending pipeline to identify and address high level risks and opportunities for coaching in partnership with the Consumer Lending leadership
•Partners with Lending Market Leader to support new hire development and proficiency with systems, technology, product and procedures
•Directs Lending Client Associates (LCAs) and sales support alignment, productivity and daily activities
•Integration with key centers of influence within the Home Loans Organization (Sales, Fulfillment, National Retail Credit Lending)This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements.

•Minimum 3 years relevant financial industry experience, such as mortgage lending
•In-depth knowledge of mortgage product and solutions, including regulatory and product guidelines
•Experience creating a comprehensive pipeline management strategy, assessing needs, identifying client and specialist needs and executing capacity management strategy.
•Proven leadership skills including direct and indirect leadership
•A true team player and collaborator, translating knowledge and experience into strong and productive relationships internally and externally
•Results oriented with proven track record of outstanding ability to motivate and influence other to accomplish objectives: present oneself assertively, convincingly and with confidence to establish credibility and respect with others
•Excellent problem solving skills
•Must be able to provide evidence of consultative communication and relationship building skills leading to client service, fulfillment and delight in previous roles
•Dedicated, enthusiastic, driven and performance-oriented; possesses a strong work ethic
•Highly motivated self-starter, proactive, with intense focus on results.
