Position: IT Support Analyst I

Job Brief

Prime Trust is seeking an IT Support Analyst I to provide internal support to employees.

The ideal candidate should provide exceptional customer service and perform user administrative responsibilities efficiently with a passion for technology.

The IT Support Analyst will be the first point of contact relating to technical issues involving Prime Trust’s core business applications and operating systems resolving support tickets; networking; peripherals; and managing the upkeep and deployment of all hardware and software

Principal Responsibilities

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Performing analysis of root causes

Provide basic remote solution implementation and support

Provide problem identification and escalation within the support team

Work with users in person or remotely to resolve a high percentage of reported issues

Assist in facilitating important meetings

Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly through service tickets

Maintain and review procedure documentation

Additional Duties and Responsibilities
Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
Fast turnaround of customer requests
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
Experience and Skills

One or more years of experience in an end-user desktop support role

Proficiency in Windows 10 and Mac OS operating systems

Demonstrated ability to administer a 300+ node network (including wireless)

Solid knowledge of advanced printer/peripheral device troubleshooting

Takes initiative, accountability, and a team player

Exceptional Customer Service Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Computer Security, Information Systems, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time position

Salary: $45,000/yr.
