In this vital role you will be primarily responsible for troubleshooting technical issues including but not limited to: General PC hardware as well as software and proprietary software issues Network connectivity problems Printer issues connectivity and queue related issues Wired and wireless scanner issues As a Support Specialist you will also be required to handle technical projects: Maintaining and updating all pc, peripheral equipment, and inventory Running and terminating CAT5 cable Installing network security cameras Cloud migration related tasks QUALIFICATIONS At least 2 years’ solid desktop pc hardware and software troubleshooting and repair Strong general computer and desktop support specialist skills Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills Must be physically able to complete the duties as described; comfortable with heights and use of lift equipment.

Knowledge or experience with Cisco network equipment is preferred but not required In addition, you should have a working knowledge of the following: Windows 7,10 Microsoft Office and 365 platforms including OneDrive, SharePoint, Planner Remote PC support tools Wireless technology
