Customer Service (Remote)

We are excited to announce this amazing opportunity to join our growing team! As a Customer Service Coordinator/Support Specialist you would be responsible for providing exceptional service and ongoing support to clients and team members. The ideal candidate for this opportunity has a passion for helping others, detailed-oriented, basic computer knowledge, and a background in service excellence. A Customer Service Coordinator/Support Specialist is the face of our brand, and we take pride in upholding our company’s strong culture of service.

Job Requirements:

•        Provide ongoing support as needed to clients and team members

•        Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

•        Complete onboarding training, within your first 30-days

•        Research services or products to meet the client’s needs

•        Be an active listener when working with clients

•        Prepare accurate quotes to review with client’s

•        Maintain appropriate documentation of client records

•        Attend ongoing team meetings and trainings

•        Work in harmony with other team members

•        Prepare sales and marketing materials to assist with brand awareness

•        Always maintain a positive attitude when working with team members and clients

•        Able to handle constructive feedback

•        Effectively communicate with clients and team members

•        Learn about at least one new product/service offered per week

•        Follow up and monitor timelines to ensure projects stay on track/schedule and budget

•        Provide onboarding/ongoing training for new team members

•        Able to effectively problem solve, and work in individual and group settings

•        Have basic computer skills/knowledge (proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Docs & Sheets)

•        Assist with scheduling appointments, answering phones, and maintaining organization
