Remote Administrative Assistant


This is a Full-time position in Las Vegas, NV posted March 29, 2021.

We are seeking an outgoing and energetic individual to join our thriving insurance agency as a Customer Relations Coordinator.

If you can work on your own from home and are self-motivated, you would be a great fit for our team. Ideal candidates have experience in booking sales appointments and overcoming objections; enjoy customer service, are skilled with data entry and are flexible with a growth mindset.

Position will be filled on or before April 5, 2021.


· Previous experience setting appointments required.

· Able to manage and overcome objections while setting sales appointments.

· Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Previous experience with administrative responsibilities.

· Proficient with Google Suite (Mail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs etc).

· Proficient with Microsoft Office.

· Highly organized.

· Able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.

Additional Requirements:

· Cell phone

· Computer/laptop with webcam for Zoom meetings

· High-speed internet access to work from home

Compensation & Benefits:

· $15-20 per hour

· Bonuses based on performance and company growth

· Remote position – work from home
