Receptionist – Mountain Center


This is a Contract position in Las Vegas, NV posted August 5, 2022.

This position is responsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.

Job Responsibilities: Provides support as receptionist for various departments within the organization.

Answers all incoming phone calls, redirects to appropriate departments and takes messages as necessary.

Greets and directs all visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.

Maintains overall cleanliness of reception area, including product and literature displays.

Responsible for ordering and tracking inventory levels on all office supplies, as well as water and coffee supplies.

Postage machine
– maintains supplies, handles service calls and day to day supply replacement and maintenance.

Responsible for general upkeep of photocopy and fax machine are to include service calls, supply replenishment and general cleanliness of area.

Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.

Received, sorts and forwards incoming mail.

Maintains and routes publications.

Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.

May also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and mailing.

Job Requirements: Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

2-5 years previous administrative experience Possession of strong organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.

Computer Skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
