This is a Full-time position in Las Vegas, NV posted June 17, 2022.

Seeking Corporate Receptionist for one of my top clients in Las Vegas!  If you are professional and excel in customer service both in person and over the phone this position is for you!  Must be organized with a high attention to detail.  
Greet all visitors who walk through the front door with a professional and friendly demeanor while directing them to the appropriate individual or meeting location.
* Answer multiple telephone lines and provide the caller with all information/assistance necessary to route the caller to the appropriate staff member.
* Review evening and weekend voicemail and distribute appropriately.
* Maintain Team Member attendance records along with daily in and out log.
* Facilitate the distribution of incoming and outgoing vendor deliveries to the office and notify the appropriate employee for pick up.
* Receipt and distribution of all Company mail to internal mailboxes.
* Distribution of all incoming faxes to appropriate parties.
* Perform front desk and telephone training for all Team Members that will be assisting in Front Desk coverage.
* Assist with the maintenance of the Company Intranet (review for outdated information and make approved changes).
* Perform a variety of clerical duties and special projects as assigned.
