Within the Patient Assistance Department, the Patient Administrative Support Specialist/Patient Assistance Liaison reviews and approves DCI patient Financial Analysis Forms and is the link between the DCI Social Workers and patient assistance programs that provide resources for patients with kidney disease who express a financial hardship.

Qualifications: Associate’s degree (A.A.) preferred from a two year college or technical schoolTwo years related medical billing experience and/or training preferredAn equivalent combination of education and training in insurance or accounts receivables will also be considered.
