Financial Analyst reports to the Sr.

Finance Manager and is responsible for routine and ad-hoc tasks including, but not limited to those outlined below.  Position performs quantitative analysis and support for the Finance Department and Regional Business Partners.nn nn nn nn Duties & Responsibilities: nn nn
•         Support Finance Manager & Field Operations in providing financial insights and analytical support including owning projects, meeting timelines, and developing relationships with Regional stakeholders.nn nn
•         Assist Centralized Accounting with Month-End Close and Accrual Analysisnn nn
•         Partner with Operating Cost Analytics Teamnn nn
•         Month End Variance Analysis & Close Callsnn nn
•         Annual Budgeting & Monthly Forecastingnn nn
•         Ad-Hoc Analysis to support and provide insight around key business decisionsnn nn
•         Develop Key Financial Reporting and Automationnn nn
•         SOX Testing & Internal Auditnn nn
•         Review and Monitor Capital Spendnn nn
•         Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reportingnn nn nn nn Qualifications: nn nn  Education Preferred:  BA/BS degree in Finance/Business or equivalent work experiencenn nnWork Experience: Minimum 2-3 years relevant Financial Analysis experiencenn nnOther:nn nn
•         Strong Customer Service & Communication skills.nn nn
•         Strong Excel skills & knowledge of Tableau a plusnn nn
•         Ability to communicate and collaborate with wide variety of audiencesnn nn
•         Organizational, Multi-Tasking & Decision making skillsnn nn
•         Business Partnering & Relationship Development            nn nn nn nn Travel Requirements:  Minimal 10%
