Patient Financial Counselor

This is a Full-time position in Las Vegas, NV posted May 15, 2022.
Minimum Education/Licensures/Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of Patient Financial Counseling experience – Experience with understanding copays/coinsurance, obtaining authorizations, checking benefits, insurance verification, working denials, etc)
- Experience with working in patient portals as well as communicating over the phone/email
- Must have Medical Billing understanding
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Experience with payment plans, financial aid & grants
